By accessing our website and making a booking, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you are booking on behalf of a group, you accept these terms for every member of your group.

Our booking process works in two steps:

• Booking request — when you submit a booking, you are making a request for the selected experience, date, and time slot. Submitting a request does not by itself reserve the slot.
• Confirmation — your slot is reserved only once the booking is accepted by our team or your payment is successfully completed. Until then, the same slot may remain available to other guests.

Please provide accurate contact details. We may need to reach you to confirm availability or arrange your visit.

All prices are shown in Indian Rupees (₹) and, unless stated otherwise, are inclusive of applicable taxes. Prices, packages, and duration-based discounts are shown at the time of booking and may change from time to time.

Where online payment is required, it is processed securely through Razorpay. Your booking is treated as confirmed and paid once we receive successful payment confirmation. If a payment fails or is interrupted, your slot will not be held.

If you need to cancel or change a confirmed booking, please contact us as early as possible. Approved refunds are made to the original payment method and may take several business days to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.

• No-shows and late arrivals that shorten your session are not eligible for a refund.
• Where we are unable to provide a confirmed experience (for example, due to closure or unsafe conditions), we will offer a reschedule or a refund.

To keep AMINA GARDEN safe and enjoyable for everyone, guests agree to:

• Follow the instructions of our staff and all posted safety signage at all times.
• Supervise children in their care, especially near the swimming pool, water features, and play areas.
• Respect the plants, animals, facilities, and other guests, and dispose of waste responsibly.
• Refrain from any unlawful, unsafe, or disruptive behaviour.

We reserve the right to refuse entry or ask guests to leave, without refund, for behaviour that endangers people, animals, or property.

Some activities — including swimming, water play, and farm and outdoor areas — carry inherent risks. You take part voluntarily and are responsible for your own safety and that of the guests in your group, including minors.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AMINA GARDEN is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage to persons or property arising from the use of the facilities, except where caused by our proven negligence. We recommend carrying only what you need and looking after your personal belongings.

We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, or closures caused by events beyond our reasonable control — such as severe weather, natural events, power or water failures, government orders, or other emergencies. In such cases we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule your booking or provide a refund.

All content on this website — including text, logos, images, and design — belongs to AMINA GARDEN or its licensors and is protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from your use of the site or our services are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tamil Nadu, India.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Continuing to use the site or booking service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
